When selling bundles, you should be aware of a couple of things. Read this article to know what you need to be aware of when publishing bundles of your products so that you have no issues with bundles not getting pushed.
First of all: The HelloPine App can unfortunately not support every Bundles App there is, as there are just too many. But there is a workaround that works, and its this:
1. Create a Hello-Pine Collection
Begin by creating a “Hello-Pine” collection in your Shopify store.
2. Add Products to the Collection
Include all products that are part of the marketplace (Otto or AvocadoStore) and are not bundle variants in this collection. Ensure that the inventory levels and SKUs for these products are clearly defined and unique.
In short, include all products in this collection that you either want to upload through us or that are currently uploaded. The key point is that no bundle products should be included in this collection!
3. Duplicate Bundle Variants
Duplicate the bundle variants in Shopify and configure them so they are no longer part of any bundles. Add these duplicated variants to the Hello-Pine collection as well.
4. Match SKUs with the marketplace
It is crucial that the SKUs of the duplicated variants match those from the marketplace exactly. The process should be as follows:
• Break up the bundles into individual products
• Ensure each individual product has the same SKU as in the marketplace
• The product should no longer be part of a bundle
5. Draft Mode for Duplicates
It is acceptable for the duplicated products to be in Draft mode. However, ensure they are not archived or deleted. They may also be active, but note that this will result in duplicates being live.
6. Select the Hello-Pine Collection in Store Settings
Navigate to your store settings and select the Hello-Pine collection.
7. Synchronize Products
Proceed to synchronize the products by selecting “Sync products.”
8. Verification
Once these steps are complete, everything should be set up correctly.
