To connect your Woocommerce shop to Hello Pine, just install our new Wordpress app.
Before you get started
- Please make sure that your shop is not connected to Hello Pine yet (otherwise, please read this article)
- You need to be logged-in as 'Shop Manager' or 'Administrator' in your Wordpress backend
- You need Woocommerce Version 3.5 (or higher)

Instructions
- Download the app
- Install the app in your Wordpress backend (Plugins -> Add New Plugin -> Upload Plugin)
- Activate the app
- Click on Connect to Hello Pine
- Log-In with your Hello Pine account or create a new one with "New here? Create new account"
- Feel free to limit the Sync to specific categories or tags in the product sync settings. Then, click on Sync Products to import the products.
- Your products are being synced to Hello Pine in the background. This might take up to 10 minutes for a large amount of products. This is a one-time process.
Congratulations! From now on, Hello Pine will match the SKUs to connected channels automatically and can sync inventory, prices, orders and fulfillments.
The installed app will update Hello Pine automatically with updates from your shop.
Common Issues
IP addresses blocked by Cloudfront or security / performance plugins
Sometimes, certain Wordpress / Woocommerce plugins or Cloudfront block our IP addresses. As a result, Hello Pine is unable to make requests to your shop.
If the sync does not work, please make sure to whitelist the following IP addresses:
