3. Order, stock, price sync

After activating the channel orders, stocks and prices will be synced automatically. If you are not using our DHL automation, you will have to enter the return numbers manually in Shopify or WooCommerce.

Please fill out your Shipping Address in Channels -> Otto -> Settings

 

Order sync

After activating the Otto Channel by typing in your API credentials all orders will be transferred to your Shop Systems. 

Otto requires a return number for every order to finalize the order process. You have two options:
1. Type in the return number manually in the field "Retour Tracking Number"  in your shop system as indicated below

2. automate the process if you are a DHL client with our Otto DHL Integration (more information here

Price and stock sync 

After activating the Otto channel Stocks and Prices will be synced automatically for all products that have a matching and unique SKU.
