This article discusses the various statuses of products shortly before they are published in the product editor.
"There are five different product statuses in the editor: 'Active,' 'Inactive,' 'Pending,' 'Partially Online,' and 'Incomplete.' We will now discuss each status in detail."
1. "Active": The product is ready and can be uploaded. There are no error messages in the product editor.
2. "Inactive": Products can become inactive if they are set to 'Draft' or 'Archived' in Shopify, or if the respective collection has been removed from the Hello Pine backend. To change the status to 'Active,' you can find more information on how to resolve the issue at the following Link.
3. "Pending": The 'Pending' status may take a few hours if you have uploaded multiple variants. Synchronization may take some time. This delay is due to Pine's feature of asynchronously retrieving the status every six hours in the background. The product may go online in the next few hours.
4. "Partially Online": "This means that only some variants have been uploaded. However, you need to activate the missing variants that are currently deactivated in Otto. You must activate all the variants associated with the specific product in Otto to achieve the full 'Active' status.
5. "Incomplete": This means that the variants are not fully available to ensure a successful publishing process. To resolve this status, check both the channel backend and the shop backend for any missing information and enter it. The synchronization process will then connect the information with Pine.
