If your DHL Integration is not working please follow these steps.
1. Check if your address is correctly entered in Channels -> Otto -> Settings
2. Check if the DHL Credentials are entered correctly and were accepted in Shop -> DHL Retoure
The DHL Credentials were accepted when the green pop up appears.
Also please check that the Location was selected correctly.
3. When the Credentials were accepted successfully and step 1 and 2 was verified then try to "Deactivate" the automation and active it again afterwards
Problems with DHL integration involving multiple locations
1. If the order is marked as "fulfilled" in Hello-Pine but remains as "open" in the Otto backend, please verify whether you have used two shipping locations. If so, please check each one respectively. To select the respective other shipping location, go to "Shop" in Hello-Pine and then to "DHL Return," where you can change the locations.
2. After you have changed the locations, please place a test order to verify whether the return number is automatically filled in Shopify when you select the other location. To create a test order, go to "Order" and scroll down. Then simply click on "Create Test Orders" and review.
4. Common Issues:
- Entered the wrong shipping provider in Shopify: Please check if you have entered the wrong shipping provider in Shopify. For example, "DPD" instead of "DHL". This can lead to various problems, such as the need for manual return number entry, etc.
- Otto requires the shipping method "OTHER_FORWARDER" for letter shipments. If you experience issues with your orders, also check if you have entered this correctly.
